So there's no music player or anything that allows voters to stream tracks and pick which ones they like best? (They've just got to know the songs by name?)

Any track is eligible already as long as it was released in 2009. All you need to do is tell us the names of the three tracks - and if they're you're own, that's fine - and they'll be awarded the number of votes. And then it's a matter of whether ...
I just went over to submit 3 of my tracks (The Editor, Natural Innovator, Urge), but didn't see any way to indicate where you'd be able to download them to enter them into the festive fifty voting competition. Is there another form I should be fil...

I have a book published on John Peel's festive fifty - some copies still available - called, imaginatively, "The Festive Fifty". And I put on and promote various musical events around the lower north-west of England as Unwashed Music.
